Exercise

I competed in Special Olympics Track in Vancouver for 5 days. I trained 5 days a week to prepare for the Track Meet. I ate healthy and I didn’t eat chips. And so, I used my arms loose and release my hands. I pretended that Patrick Swayze the ghost pushed me to run my fastest in the race. I trained very hard with my teammates, Darrin Gaffray, Matthew Therrien, Rusty Thiessen, Brita Hall and Adam Wakeman. I started at Special Olympics Track way back in 2012. I’m getting better at training. I’m teaching my body to be relaxed and not tense when I’m running.
