I had a great time last weekend. I met Ken, a nice man who is our new coach. This was an interview this Sunday. Ken reminded us about signing the book until july 2014. We’re good and healthy and help with our team. I did running before and after warm up and stretching. Someday, I want to do step aerobics, bike ride and run on the treadmill. Everyday, I’m getting stronger from weights.
